Job Objective:

• making outbound calls to the recruiters / HRs / entrepreneurs of the paid clients to convince & schedule online training slots for them
• Understanding their hiring outlook & accordingly pitching the right training module
• ensuring that all the clients and users are being trained on Naukri services
• Ensuring effective usage of Naukri services at the client's end by scheduling training at regular intervals
• Handling client objections effectively & diverting them to the concerned department or team
• ensuring that the trainers' time slots are being booked as per clients training needs and availability

Required Skills:

• excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure

Desired Skills:

• Candidates with prior experience in client handling / BPO Voice process will be preferred
• Candidates with an exposure to MS Office and the Internet would be given preference
