The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating design inspirations into digital artworks, developing precise weave maps and specifications, and collaborating closely with designers and the production team to ensure accurate execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating design inspirations into finished digital artworks, developing precise weave maps, trace maps, and specifications, and collaborating closely with designers and the production team to ensure accurate execution. Key Responsibilities Create custom rug artworks based on design briefs and inspiration images Develop weave maps and trace maps based on the production team's requirements Coordinate with design and production teams to align outputs Ensure design accuracy, feasibility, and timely delivery Qualifications 4 - 5 years of experience in designing intricate traditional rugs Proficiency in NedGraphics (Texcelle), Galaincha, Illustrator Strong understanding of various rug motifs and constructions High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills Team-oriented with good communication and collaboration abilities Salary & Benefits At par with industry standards.
