Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

making outbound calls to the recruiters / HRs / entrepreneurs of the paid clients to convince & schedule online training slots for them Understanding their hiring outlook & accordingly pitching the right training module
ensuring that all the clients and users are being trained on Naukri services
Ensuring effective usage of Naukri services at the client's end by scheduling training at regular intervals
Handling client objections effectively & diverting them to the concerned department or team
ensuring that the trainers' time slots are being booked as per clients training needs and availability
