Product Associate - Technical Content Writer

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers, designers, product managers, marketers, and subject matter experts to gain a thorough understanding of product functionality and documentation needs.
• Identify end-user requirements and work with both technical and business teams to create documentation that enhances product usability. This includes feature guides, FAQs, onboarding guides, help documentation, troubleshooting content, training manuals, release notes, and more.
• Create engaging supporting content such as infographics, feature walkthrough videos, and other visual materials to improve product understanding across stakeholders.
• Regularly audit, update, and refine documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment with new product features, customer scenarios, support insights, and internal developments.
• Execute the content calendar and deliver content aligned with the roadmap and strategic priorities.
• Partner with creative teams to represent content using the most effective visual formats.
• Continuously recommend improvements to enhance the clarity, quality, and impact of all documentation.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Arts, Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience in technical content writing.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone, voice, and style to different content types.
• Active participation in online platforms such as blogs, forums, LinkedIn articles, Twitter, or Quora is a plus.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into user-friendly text, visuals, videos, and infographics.
• Strong ability to identify content gaps, challenges, and improvement areas.
• Capability to translate briefs into high-quality product documentation and collaterals.
• Passion for technology, strong communication skills, and understanding of the broader industry landscape.
• Basic knowledge of web technologies or programming fundamentals to craft impactful tech-focused content.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative, self-driven, and able to multitask efficiently.
