Product Analyst/UI-UX Planner

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Product Analyst / UI-UX Planner. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between product requirements and development execution by conducting thorough research, creating structured documentation, designing intuitive user interfaces in Figma, and ensuring our products are innovative, feature-rich, and competitive.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Analysis & Research

- Study and understand project briefs and client requirements deeply.

- Perform market and competitor analysis to gain insights into similar products and solutions.

- Identify user pain points and potential business opportunities through research.

Project Documentation & Planning

- Create comprehensive and clear documentation including project scope, user stories, workflows, and technical outlines.

- Develop wireframes and user flows using tools like Balsamiq, Whimsical, or Figma.

- Prepare handoff documents for developers ensuring smooth project execution.

UI Design in Figma

- Design clean, user-friendly, and modern UI layouts in Figma.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to iterate and improve designs based on feedback.

- Ensure designs are responsive and adhere to usability standards.

Feature Enrichment

- Ideate on possible enhancements and new features to add value to the product.

- Conduct comparative analysis with similar apps or platforms to identify feature gaps.

- Incorporate the best industry practices and features to improve the end product.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field (preferred).

- 1–3 years of experience in product analysis, UI/UX design, or similar roles.

- Proficiency in Figma (mandatory).

- Familiarity with wireframing and documentation tools.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

- Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS/React).

- Experience with tools like Notion, Trello, or Jira.

- Prior experience in SaaS or mobile app products.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
