Product Analyst

The Healthcare Map, built by combining real-world patient data with innovative algorithms, serves as the foundation for powerful software applications that help answer complex healthcare questions. As a Product Analyst, you will drive data-driven decision-making and enhance product performance through actionable insights to support critical product and business strategies. Your responsibilities will include: - Delivering interactive dashboards via Tableau to visualize key product performance metrics and customer behavior trends. - Designing and executing a comprehensive analytics framework for evaluating product features and customer engagement. - Identifying actionable insights to improve product usage, customer satisfaction, and market positioning. - Establishing scalable processes for data extraction, analysis, and reporting. - Building strong cross-functional relationships with various teams to align on product objectives. Qualifications Required: - Approximately 5 years of related experience - Proficiency in Tableau with a portfolio of advanced dashboards and data visualizations - Advanced SQL skills for querying and analyzing large datasets - Familiarity with analytics techniques such as cohort analysis, A/B testing, and retention analysis - Strong understanding of statistical methods for data-driven decision-making - Excellent communication skills to convey actionable insights to diverse audiences - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high standards of accuracy and organization - Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with evolving tools, techniques, and industry trends Komodo Health offers a hybrid work model with remote, regional, and local options.
