Product Analyst cum UI/UX Designer Recruitment Solutions SaaS Platfo

We are seeking a creative and analytical Product Analyst & UI/UX Designer (dual role) to translate the founders business vision into intuitive user experiences and structured product documentation. The role bridges business analysis, interface design, and usability testing, ensuring the MVP evolves into a scalable and user-friendly platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business logic, recruitment workflows, and end-user journeys from stakeholders and product leadership.
  • Document detailed product specifications including screens, fields, validations, and process workflows. • Develop process maps, user flows, and PRD/FSD documentation for each functional module. • Design intuitive wireframes, clickable prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups that reflect product workflows and data hierarchy. • Define design systems, UI components, and style guides to ensure consistency across the platform. • Conduct user research, competitor benchmarking, and heuristic evaluations to drive design decisions. • Create responsive layouts optimized for both desktop and mobile experiences. • Collaborate with frontend and backend developers to ensure design feasibility and functional accuracy. • Conduct usability testing sessions, gather feedback, and implement iterative design improvements. • Support ongoing product iteration cycles and maintain updated documentation through each sprint.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1–6 years of experience in Product Design, Business Analysis, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, ATS, or CRM workflows. • Ability to prepare structured PRDs, wireframes, and workflow visualizations. • Prior experience in recruitment tech, HR solutions, or startup SaaS platforms preferred. • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about crafting exceptional user experiences.
