Our platform offers everything businesses need to manage and control their expenses in one place, including smart corporate cards, AI powered automation and insights, streamlined accounting, and centralized dashboards.

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical and curious
Product Analyst / Associate Product Manager
to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to drive data driven decisions, optimize user experience, and contribute to the overall success of our products. You should be comfortable working with data, uncovering insights, and translating them into actionable recommendations.

What youll do

Analyze product performance and user behavior using data driven insights.
Work with large datasets using
Excel, SQL
, and analytics tools like Mixpanel,
PostHog
(a plus).
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for product improvements.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define and track key success metrics.
Conduct A/B tests and experiments to optimize user experience and feature adoption.
Develop dashboards and reports to provide visibility into product performance.
Support product managers in defining roadmaps, prioritizing features, and making strategic decisions.
Stay curious continuously explore new ways to enhance our products and processes.

What we are looking for

1 2 years of experience
in a product, business analysis, or data driven role.
Strong proficiency in
Excel
and
SQL
for data analysis.
Experience with
PostHog
or similar analytics tools is a plus.
Analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems and provide insights.
Strong communication skills to effectively present findings to stakeholders.
A self starter who is
curious, proactive, and eager to learn
.
Experience in a product driven or tech environment is a bonus.
