Product Administrator

The ideal candidate will design, organize, and modify the company's computer systems. This individual will evaluate and assess systems to ensure they are operating effectively. Based on assessments, this individual will harness collected knowledge and make adjustments to existing systems.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Jira/Confluence/Atlassian Administrator.
• Strong understanding of

  Jira workflows, schemes, custom fields, permissions, and automation.

• Experience with

  Atlassian Cloud Administration

  (preferred) or Data Center version.
• Knowledge of

  ScriptRunner, Insight (Assets), or Advanced Roadmaps

  is a plus.
• Familiarity with

  REST APIs, JSON, and integrations

  with CI/CD or ITSM tools.
• Good understanding of

  Agile / Scrum / ITIL

  processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field
• 5+ years' experience as Atlassian/JIRA Administrator
• Strong interpersonal skills and client management experience
