Product Administrator

As a Jira/Confluence/Atlassian Administrator, your role will involve designing, organizing, and modifying the company's computer systems. You will be responsible for evaluating and assessing systems to ensure effective operation. Based on your assessments, you will utilize collected knowledge to make necessary adjustments to existing systems. Key Responsibilities: - Possess 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Jira/Confluence/Atlassian Administrator. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of Jira workflows, schemes, custom fields, permissions, and automation. - Have experience with Atlassian Cloud Administration (preferred) or Data Center version. - Knowledge of ScriptRunner, Insight (Assets), or Advanced Roadmaps would be advantageous. - Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and integrations with CI/CD or ITSM tools. - Understand Agile/Scrum/ITIL processes. - Utilize excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in your daily tasks.
