Key Responsibilities

• Scan, organize, and manage design sheets, product images, and related documents.
• Format product data, images, and technical details into structured templates or presentations.
• Create visually engaging presentations and product catalogues for customer sharing.
• Edit and enhance product images using Adobe Photoshop to meet brand and presentation standards.
• Maintain updated product records, image libraries, and data archives.
• Coordinate with design, marketing, and sales teams for content requirements and approvals.
• Use Microsoft Excel for data management, pricing sheets, and product tracking.
• Support general administrative and back-office tasks related to product data and documentation.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in data administration or creative support, preferably in jewelry or design.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Good understanding of image formats, resolutions, and file organization.
• Ability to create clean, professional, and visually engaging presentations.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
