Job Description

Position:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process Improvement & Transformation

Identify inefficiencies within procurement and supply chain processes and implement effective improvements.
Lead Procure-to-Pay (P2P) transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance.

2. Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)

Develop and implement a robust supplier management framework.
Drive supplier development programs and establish performance metrics to monitor and improve supplier effectiveness.

3. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with overall business objectives.
Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, offering insights and strategic recommendations on procurement matters.

Qualifications & Skills:

B.Tech; MBA preferred
2 - 5 years of relevant experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
