Job Description

Procurement Professional (P2P Cycle)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Procurement Professional with strong knowledge of the Purchase to Pay (P2P) cycle. The role involves amending purchase orders, ensuring timely material availability, resolving GR/IR issues, and executing procurement activities as per company policies. SAP / SAP Ariba experience is desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Amend and update purchase orders based on requirements from manufacturing, field operations, technology, and project teams.
Expedite, de-expedite, and issue change orders as per operational needs.
Execute procurement processes in line with company policies and Category Management guidelines.
Resolve GR/IR issues and coordinate with suppliers and field procurement teams.
Clear blocked invoices and aging PTS records in SAP.
Perform data clean-up including closing POs, updating invoice/delivery status, and closing open/aging PRs.

Qualifications

3–7+ years of experience in the P2P cycle.
Strong analytical skills for resolving GR/IR issues.
Immediate joiners preferred.
