As an E-Waste Specialist, you will play a critical role in the sourcing and management of electronic waste materials. Your expertise in e-waste sourcing and supplier relationships will be essential for the success of our operations. Your specialized knowledge of electronic component types, grades, and recycling processes will be crucial in ensuring efficient material sourcing and recycling practices. Your key responsibilities will include: - Sourcing and evaluating e-waste suppliers and corporate generators - Negotiating pricing for different electronic component categories such as PCBs, metals, and plastics - Ensuring compliance with e-waste management rules and environmental regulations - Building strong relationships with IT companies, manufacturers, and refurbishment centers - Understanding precious metal recovery processes and pricing dynamics Your role is critical in the development of supplier networks specifically for e-waste dealers and corporate clients. Your ability to navigate regulatory compliance for hazardous material handling will be vital in maintaining our commitment to responsible e-waste management. Your compensation for this role is competitive, ranging from 12-18 lakhs annually. This position reports to the Supply Chain Manager and is a Phase 1 hire, emphasizing the importance of this role within our organization.
