Procurement & Sourcing Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for managing vendor relationships and ensuring the quality and timely delivery of raw materials and packaging supplies. Your key responsibilities will include: - **Vendor identification & onboarding**: Research and identify potential new vendors aligning with quality standards. Manage the vendor onboarding process, including qualification, negotiation, and contract establishment. - **Relationship management**: Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, fostering open communication and building strong partnerships. Address vendor inquiries, resolve issues, and conduct regular performance reviews. - **Performance monitoring & improvement**: Track and analyze vendor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with internal teams to address issues impacting product quality or timelines. Stay informed about market trends and supply chain risks. - **Risk management & compliance**: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with vendor relationships.
