Key Responsibilities

Manage customer service function for both product users and consultation clients
Set up and refine TATs, escalation protocols, and real-time support systems
Collect feedback from varied customer types and translate into actionable insights
Maintain quality across touchpoints including messaging, prescriptions, deliveries, and follow-ups
