Job Description

Sourcing and Supplier Management:
Identifying potential suppliers globally, managing RFPs, and negotiating contracts within the Coupa platform.
Purchase Order Management:
Creating, tracking, and managing purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and utilizing Coupa for efficient PO collaboration.
Spend Management:
Monitoring and analyzing spending across the organization, identifying areas for cost reduction, and leveraging Coupa's spend visibility tools.
Contract Lifecycle Management:
Managing contracts from creation to renewal, ensuring compliance, and utilizing Coupa's contract management features for efficient administration.
Supply Chain Optimization:
Working to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the global supply chain using Coupa's platform for better visibility and collaboration.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Working with various departments within the organization to understand their procurement needs and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Coupa System Administration:
Maintaining the Coupa system, ensuring data accuracy, and providing user support.
Cost Efficiency:
Identifying opportunities for cost savings through global sourcing and leveraging Coupa's negotiation tools.
Risk Management:
Identifying and mitigating potential risks in the procurement process, utilizing Coupa's risk management features.
