Job Summary:

Enseigner Private Limited is seeking a motivated and experienced Procurement & Sales Executive to handle sourcing, distribution, and field coordination for electronic security and IT infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for candidates who have technical knowledge of CCTV, fire systems, and networking, and are capable of managing on-site operations and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:Procurement:

· Source and procure CCTV, fire alarm systems, and networking materials.

· Manage vendor negotiations, quotations, and delivery timelines.

· Maintain procurement documentation and material tracking logs.

· Coordinate with project teams to ensure material availability on time.

Sales & Distribution:

· Engage with B2B clients, understand requirements, and provide suitable solutions.

· Prepare and follow up on sales quotes, purchase orders, and invoices.

· Manage product distribution and ensure timely delivery to project locations.

· Support after-sales service and maintain long-term client relationships.

Field Work & Site Support:

· Visit project sites for execution coordination and quality checks.

· Assist in site surveys, installation follow-ups, and basic troubleshooting.

· Ensure all systems are properly installed, tagged, and configured.

· Provide daily/weekly progress updates and address any site-related issues.

Key Skills Required:

· Sound knowledge of CCTV, fire alarms, and network components.

· Experience in procurement and sales operations.

· Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and coordination skills.

· Willingness to travel and support on-site execution.

· Proficient in MS Office and basic documentation.

Qualifications:

· Diploma or Bachelor’s in Electronics, IT, or a related field.

· 2–5 years of relevant industry experience.

· Experience in system integration, ELV, or infrastructure projects preferred.
