Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing, terms, and service levels.
  • Manage supplier relationships, monitor performance, and conduct regular evaluations.
  • Lead procurement projects, including RFPs, tenders, and contract negotiations.
  • Monitor and manage procurement budgets and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
  • Analyze procurement data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., finance, operations, legal) to understand purchasing needs.
  • Oversee inventory management and control, ensuring optimal stock levels.
  • Utilize ERP/procurement systems to streamline operations and maintain accurate records.
