Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing, terms, and service levels.
Manage supplier relationships, monitor performance, and conduct regular evaluations.
Lead procurement projects, including RFPs, tenders, and contract negotiations.
Monitor and manage procurement budgets and cost-saving initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
Analyze procurement data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., finance, operations, legal) to understand purchasing needs.
Oversee inventory management and control, ensuring optimal stock levels.
Utilize ERP/procurement systems to streamline operations and maintain accurate records.
