Job Description

Role Overview: You are required to be an experienced Procurement Manager responsible for sourcing, purchasing, vendor management, and cost control of interior, furniture, fixtures, and civil construction materials for commercial/coworking projects. Key Responsibilities: - Source and finalize vendors for interior, furniture, and civil materials - Negotiate rates, delivery timelines, and contracts with vendors - Prepare purchase orders (POs) and track deliveries across multiple sites - Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely availability of materials - Conduct vendor performance checks and quality verification - Collaborate with design, project, and operations teams - Manage budgets, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), rate sheets, and cost-saving initiatives Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3-6 years of procurement experience in interiors/construction - Strong negotiation and vendor management skills - Knowledge of interior materials, hardware, civil items, and furniture - Good communication skills and proficiency in MS Excel - Ability to handle procurement activities across multiple sites Company Details: Not provided in the Job Description.,
