l Manage end-to-end procurement process including RFQ, purchase order issuance, and delivery coordination.
l Evaluate and select vendors based on price, quality, and delivery capabilities.
l Maintain and update approved vendor databases and supplier performance metrics.
l Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
l Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
l Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and quality standards.
l Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, finance, project, operations) to understand material requirements and timelines.
l Use SAP for Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipt (GR), and Invoice Verification.
l Monitor market trends and supplier strategies to stay ahead of supply chain risks.
l Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant data.
l Bachelors degree in Engineering, or a related field.
l 4 – 10 years of relevant procurement experience in a similar industry (construction, manufacturing, interiors, etc.).
l Proficient in SAP MM (Materials Management Module).
l Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
l Experience in handling contracts and supplier agreements.
l Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
l Knowledge of procurement regulations, safety, and compliance standards.
