Procurement Manager

As a Procurement Manager at AHLADA, your role will involve managing day-to-day procurement activities at the Dundigal Gandimaisamma site. You will be responsible for supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and contract management. Your tasks will include analyzing procurement requirements, identifying suitable suppliers, negotiating terms, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Additionally, you will be expected to monitor and report on procurement metrics and performance. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate suppliers based on predetermined criteria - Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions - Manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring compliance and addressing any issues that may arise - Analyze procurement needs and assess supplier capabilities using strong analytical skills - Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders - Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team - Experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry is beneficial Qualifications: - Proficiency in supplier evaluation and procurement - Demonstrated skills in contract negotiation and contract management - Strong analytical capabilities for assessing procurement needs and supplier capabilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred AHLADA, a leader in Residential and commercial steel doors in India, has been providing top-quality products since 2005.
