As a Procurement Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing the procurement of both seasonal and non-seasonal raw materials. Your responsibilities will involve maintaining accurate records in the Management Information System (MIS) and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and accurate data reporting. Your key responsibilities will include: - Planning and executing the procurement of raw materials based on production requirements. - Coordinating with vendors to secure the timely delivery of high-quality materials. - Monitoring market trends, crop cycles, and pricing to facilitate cost-effective procurement strategies. - Handling documentation such as purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices. - Upholding compliance with quality standards, regulatory guidelines, and company policies throughout the procurement process.
