Procurement Executive

Role & responsibilities:

• Procurement Planning

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business requirements.
  
• Identify sourcing opportunities and cost-saving initiatives.
  

• Supplier Management

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers.
  
• Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure consistent supply and service quality.
  

• Negotiation & Contracting

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and commercial agreements with suppliers.
  
• Draft, review, and manage supplier contracts to ensure compliance.
  

• Inventory & Logistics Coordination

• Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams to manage stock levels.
  
• Monitor lead times to prevent shortages and delays.
  

• Quality Assurance

• Ensure all procured materials and finished products meet company standards.
  
• Coordinate with quality control teams to address defects and supplier performance issues.

• 25 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the

  mobile or electronics industry
