We are hiring for a leading chocolate manufacturer based in Navi Mumbai.
Role: Purchase/Procurement Print Packaging
Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
Responsibilities:
- Source packaging materials (boxes, cartons, printing material, etc.).
- Manage stock levels and reorder points using software.
- Negotiate contracts and secure favorable payment terms.
- Identify quality, cost-effective, and reliable suppliers.
- Maintain purchase records and documentation in Tally.
- Optimize procurement strategies to reduce costs.
- Research vendors on IndiaMART and other platforms.
- Coordinate with designers, proofread files, and obtain approvals before printing.
- Perform cost estimations based on keyline drawings and market rates.
Requirements:
- Experience in purchasing packaging materials.
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Knowledge of CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Expertise in cost estimation and technical aspects of packaging.
- Versatile, proactive, and excellent in relationship management.
