Procurement Executive - IT Infrastructure (ELV background preferred)

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Executive - IT Infrastructure with an ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) background preferred. The role is based in Ernakulam and involves handling end-to-end procurement processes for IT infrastructure requirements. Responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, processing purchase orders, ensuring timely deliveries, negotiating with suppliers, and maintaining cost efficiency while meeting organizational objectives. The position requires regular communication with internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment with project timelines and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Purchasing Processes, Purchase Orders, and Purchase Management
• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating vendor proposals and cost-effectiveness
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage procurement cycles efficiently and maintain supplier relationships
• Experience in IT Infrastructure procurement; ELV background is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools is preferred
