Procurement Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive to manage and coordinate the sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of goods and services. The ideal candidate will support the procurement strategy, ensure cost-effectiveness, and maintain supplier relationships in alignment with the company’s operational goals. Key Responsibilities: Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure the best value for the company. Issue purchase orders, track deliveries, and maintain accurate procurement records. Collaborate with internal departments to understand material and service requirements. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed to maintain inventory levels. Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliability and quality. Evaluate vendor performance based on price, quality, delivery, and service. Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations. Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, spend analysis, and cost savings. Resolve supply-related issues and support continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. 0 – 4+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management. Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). Strong negotiation and communication skills. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques and tools.
