Procurement Executive Food & Provisions

Role Overview: As a Procurement Executive for food and provision supplies, your primary responsibility will be to manage vendor relationships, source, purchase, and ensure quality checks of food products. You will play a crucial role in maintaining quality standards, timely delivery, inventory management, and cost control in the procurement process. Candidates from Catering, Hotel Management, or Food Technology background, especially 2024/2025 graduates, are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: - Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for food & provision items. - Maintain quality standards and ensure timely delivery of supplies. - Conduct market research on pricing, quality, and availability of food items. - Manage purchase orders, bills, and vendor records. - Work closely with stores, accounts, and operations team to forecast requirements. - Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards. - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishments. - Maintain cost control and reduce wastage in procurement. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Catering Science, Food Technology, or related field (2024/2025 passed outs can apply). - Prior experience or internship in food procurement/supply chain (preferred). - Strong knowledge of food items, quality standards, and supply chain process. - Good communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. - Familiarity with ERP systems / MS Excel (preferred).
