Role & responsibilities Be a torch bearer of values in every conversation with customers and partners Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats and emails with customers and other stakeholders. Identify the needs of restaurant partners, resolve issues, and provide solutions. Be a problem solver and quick learner. Should be able to think out of the box and have strong customer first mindset Should meet the defined KPI on day to day operation. Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets. Maintain records of the conversations with the customer. Be a team player and go above and beyond. Highlight the unresolved issues to the right stakeholders. Preferred candidate profile Should be flexible to move around voice and non-voice as per business needs. Having 1 year experience in a Contact Center environment will be an added advantage. Should be proficient in English & Hindi.
