Position : Procurement Executive

Location : Chennai

Educational Qualification: Any Degree

Experience : 1-3 years

Industry : Factory or Interior Experience Preferable

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities:

Source and procure materials related to interior projects (plywood, laminates, hardware, glass, modular fittings, etc.).
Identify reliable vendors, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery.
Prepare purchase orders, track material movement, and maintain records.
Coordinate with site/project teams to understand material requirements.
Ensure quality checks of purchased materials as per project standards.
Monitor inventory levels and avoid stock shortages or excess.
Build strong vendor relationships for cost-effective procurement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and budget controls.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement or purchase department.
Strong negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of ERP/Tally preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, or a related field.
