Job Description

You will be supporting the ePlane supply chain team in streamlining the procurement workflow and facilitating quicker execution. Your responsibilities will include: - Reviewing Request for Proposals (RFPs) and issuing Request for Quotations (RFQs). - Conducting vendor selection and evaluation. - Managing order placement and processing purchasing orders. - Initiating and monitoring actions on recurring supplier inputs and addressing urgent requests promptly. - Maintaining supplier information and pricing data in ERP and other procurement tools. - Resolving supply, quality, service, and invoicing issues with vendors. - Tracking potential suppliers and procurement activities. - Processing and managing contractual documents like non-disclosure agreements and contracts. - Ensuring supplier quality approval and compliance with required certifications in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Your technical skills should include proficiency in: - MS Office Suite - ERP systems - Business fluent English - Strong communication skills - Team collaboration abilities - Independent work ethic and self-motivation Preferred qualifications for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. - 0 to 3 years of experience in Procurement & Supply chain.
