Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrates thorough understanding of Procurement and Supply Management processes, SOX compliance framework, and financial acumen in P2P area. - Ensures procurement process controls and compliance aspects are incorporated in the process SOPs and Policy documentation. - Develop and document an effective plan/strategy for each assigned audit engagement. - Prepare written reports on assigned engagements that set forth results and make recommendations in an accurate, objective, concise, and constructive manner. - Audit the development and implementation of procurement rules, procedures, requirements, and best practices. - Work collaboratively and effectively with Internal and external audit teams. - Support and deliver P2P compliance training programs across the organization. - Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, in large or small groups to present ideas, findings, gain alignment, resolve issues, and drive change management. - Gather metric information for use in continuous improvement of areas of responsibility and report to management, as needed. - Monitor operational performance KPIs and steward continuous improvement through automation, data reporting and visibility and analytics. - Provide suggestions w.r.t. improvements in guidelines / risk processes to mitigate exceptions / improve existing processes and align it with stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years proven experience in Audit, Procurement process. - Familiarity with international best practices in procurement procedures, project administration, contract procedures, and project follow-up and on compliance framework. - Education: Bachelor's Degree. - Excellent oral and written fluency in English required. - Detail-oriented, possess conflict management skills. - Must have knowledge and experience of Tableau and SQL. - Excellent MS Office (Excel & Word), Outlook skills. - Ability to handle global stakeholders. - Graduates or Bachelor's degree is preferred.,
