To promote a culture of compliance and legal awareness, you will need to develop and conduct training sessions for various departments, as well as create and update internal legal and compliance guidelines and standard operating procedures. Qualifications and Skills required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Law (L.L.B.) from a recognized university in India, with a Master's degree (L.L.M.) or other relevant professional certification being a plus. You should have 3-6 years of post-qualification experience in a legal or compliance role, preferably in a tech startup, e-commerce, or online services company. Demonstrated experience in handling a wide range of legal issues, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, along with a high degree of ethics, integrity, and professional judgment are essential.
