Job Description

Procurement & Contract Expert

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the
end-to-end procurement cycle
from vendor identification to final delivery.
Draft, review, and administer
contracts, work orders, and agreements
.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and project requirements.
Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for competitive pricing and quality.
Collaborate with project, engineering, and finance teams to ensure timely execution.
Monitor vendor performance and maintain supplier relationships.
Support claim management and dispute resolution when required.

Desired Candidate Profile:

B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
5+ years of proven experience in
procurement and contract management
within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of
tendering, BOQ, bid evaluation, and contract terms (FIDIC preferred)
.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
