Location: Andheri East, Mumbai (Near WEH Metro Station)

Working Days: Monday - Friday (5 days a week)

CTC: 4 - 5 LPA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Quote Procurement Associate to join the Bharatsure team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the insurance sector and a proven track record of creating accurate quotations and RFQs. This role is crucial for our client-facing operations, requiring exceptional negotiation and communication skills, as well as a professional, presentable demeanor. The associate will be responsible for preparing quotes, engaging with clients, and ensuring a smooth procurement process.

Key Responsibilities:

Quotation and RFQ Management: Prepare, analyze, and manage the creation of quotes and Request for Quotations (RFQs) in a timely and accurate manner.

Client Communication & Presentation: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, presenting quotations clearly and professionally, and answering any related queries.

Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate pricing and terms with clients to secure profitable business deals.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage data, perform mental calculations, and generate reports on quote status and performance.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal sales and operations teams to align on client needs and procurement strategies.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: Prior experience in the insurance sector is mandatory. Experience in making quotes or RFQs is essential.

Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Technical Proficiency: Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and have excellent mental calculation abilities.

Soft Skills: Must be presentable to clients, with a professional attitude and a keen interest in the insurance industry.

Work Arrangement: This is a full-time, on-site role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
