We are seeking a detail-oriented procurement and purchasing specialist to join our marketing organization. The ideal candidate will manage the processing of new & existing vendor agreement contracts, SOWs, POs and Invoices. Acting as the singular point of contact and bridge between marketing with internal procurement and purchasing teams.

This position offers the opportunity to build foundational practices, optimize process, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure efficient procurement and product-related purchases that align with the companys strategic goals and timelines. Cross-Functional relationship building and willingness to learn and understand Publicis Groupe processes and align with up-to-date requirements are key to this roles success.

Responsibilities

• Marketing Procurement Ownership and Operations
• Collaborate with project owners across all marketing teams and categories to support the timely approval, signing and payment of contracts & purchase Orders.
• Assist in preparing the supplier forms, securing approvals and managing procurement records. 
• Monitor progress to ensure successful timely delivery.
• Process Development and Implementation
• Develop documented processes and plans for procurement initiatives, including scope, timelines and other deliverables.
• Develop procurement rigor and establish rules of engagement 
• Communicate progress and status to varios levels of the marketing organization on a regular basis.
• Contract and Compliance Support
• Assist in organizing and managing contracts in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
• Monitor contract expirations and renewals, ensuring uninterrupted services and proper documentation
• Support risk management by ensuring that all procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements. 
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with the marketing, finance, CSR, and legal teams to ensure alignment on procurement needs, timelines, and budgets.
• Act as liaison between Marketing, Finance, Procurement, CSR, IT/Resources, and Legal teams. Ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
• Work across marketing to ensure procurement solutions meet business needs and compliance requirements.

Qualification-

• Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role
• Strong problem-solving skills, investigating/ root cause /cleanup planning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with marketing channels, tools, and best practices is a plus.
