Procurement Analyst Supply Chain & Inventory

You are a procurement analyst with our US-based retail company in Mohali, Punjab. You will be responsible for managing procurement and replenishment using CGO/automated ordering systems, analyzing sales and inventory data, making purchasing decisions based on insights, coordinating with vendors and US-based teams, monitoring inventory levels, and supporting retail operations with buying and demand planning. Key Responsibilities: - Manage procurement and replenishment using CGO/automated ordering systems. - Analyze sales and inventory data to forecast demand and prevent stockouts/overstocking. - Make effective purchasing decisions based on data-driven insights. - Coordinate with vendors and US-based teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations. - Monitor inventory levels, expirations, and order cycles. - Support retail operations with strategic buying and demand planning. Qualifications: - MBA in Supply Chain/Operations/Business preferred. - Experience with CGO or automated ordering systems is highly desirable. - Strong data analysis, forecasting, and decision-making skills. - Prior experience in retail procurement or inventory management is a plus. - Must speak and write English fluently; proficiency required. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Immediate joiners preferred.
