YOUR PROFILE 
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead and inspire a small to medium-sized team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while delivering exceptional service quality to our clients. You will champion continuous improvement initiatives, foster a collaborative team environment, and provide regular coaching and constructive feedback to team members. You will also serve as a key liaison, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and client leadership at both the local (country) and regional levels. Your ability to drive performance, promote teamwork, and maintain high service standards will be critical to success in this role.  In this role you will play a key role in 
  • Manage and execute timely, accurate payments to vendors, employees, and stakeholders, ensuring adherence to company policies, payment terms, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX, and tax regulations. Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate documentation and providing necessary explanations.
  • Investigate and resolve payment failures, duplicate payments, and bank rejections. Monitor and reconcile payment batches, bank files, and clearing accounts.
  • Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal (AP, Treasury, Procurement) and external stakeholders, resolving issues and ensuring high levels of customer service .

  • Lead and develop high-performing teams, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management. Define career paths and align team goals with service delivery excellence.
  • Ensure effective allocation and monitoring of work through strong governance and control mechanisms. Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Identify opportunities to expand AP services with clients. Participate in solution development for RFPs, Sol IDs, and due diligence processes.
  • Lead transformation projects by applying critical thinking and innovative approaches to improve processes and reduce operational costs.
  • Provide thought leadership in the Accounts Payable space, staying updated on market trends and integrating technology to enhance client value and visibility.
