What are we looking for? ?¢Data Analyst (Analytics, Automation & Visualization)?¢We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst with expertise in data analytics, automation, and visualization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights, automating workflows using VBA, AI, and advanced formulations, and creating impactful dashboards to support business decision-making.?¢Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement, Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.?¢Implement data automation solutions leveraging VBA, AI tools, and advanced formulas to streamline reporting and analytics processes.?¢Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across multiple sources.?¢Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver tailored analytical solutions.?¢Certifications in Power BI, Tableau, or VBA/Excel are a plus.?¢Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).?¢Hands-on experience with Power BI and Tableau for data visualization.?¢Expertise in VBA programming, AI-driven automation, and advanced Excel formulations?¢Solid understanding of data structures, statistical methods, and business intelligence concepts?¢Bachelor??s or master??s degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field
