Processing Assistant

As a Processor at Digital Risk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with policies and procedures for loan products, while working in a team environment with a sense of urgency. Your responsibilities will include: - Reviewing Mortgage Loan Applications to ensure completion and documentation accuracy - Verifying Customer Information, checking income, asset, and credit data for discrepancies - Coordinating with mortgage partners to gather necessary documentation for loan processing - Requesting and obtaining third-party documentation and necessary verifications - Collecting, organizing, analyzing, and preparing mortgage loan files for underwriting and closing - Reviewing loan conditions, interpreting policies, guidelines, and verifying approval conditions - Resolving routine title issues and ensuring pipeline management for timely loan processing - Providing excellent customer service to internal and external clients, keeping all parties informed of loan status You should have the following skills: - Attention to Detail - Organizational Skills - Communication Skills - Time Management Skills - Analytical Skills - Computer Proficiency To be successful in this role, you should have: - Minimum 2-4 years of Current Mortgage Loan Processing Experience - Minimum 2 years of Credit Underwriting Knowledge The typical work environment includes: - Office Setting with in-person attendance required - Regular team collaboration - Ability to work U.S. business hours and outside of normal hours when necessary With experience, you can advance to senior processor, quality control, and underwriting roles.,
