Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training programs for process improvement initiatives, focusing on quality management systems (QMS) and customer service standards.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online modules.
  • Conduct needs analysis to identify gaps in employee knowledge and skills related to QMS compliance.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging learning experiences that meet business objectives.
  • Monitor trainee progress, provide feedback, and evaluate program effectiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-6 years of experience in BPO or call center environment with a focus on process training.
  • Strong understanding of QMS principles and practices; certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively at all levels within an organization.
