Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Design and deliver training programs for process improvement initiatives, focusing on quality management systems (QMS) and customer service standards.
Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online modules.
Conduct needs analysis to identify gaps in employee knowledge and skills related to QMS compliance.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging learning experiences that meet business objectives.
Monitor trainee progress, provide feedback, and evaluate program effectiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-6 years of experience in BPO or call center environment with a focus on process training.
Strong understanding of QMS principles and practices; certification preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively at all levels within an organization.
