Process Trainer (International Voice Process only)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated International Voice Process Trainer to join our Leading Client in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in the voice process, with at least 1 year of experience in a training role. This position requires a strong commitment to excellence in communication and a passion for developing talent in a fast-paced environment. Role & responsibilities Design, develop, and deliver training programs for new and existing employees in the international voice process. Conduct training sessions that enhance communication skills, customer service techniques, and product knowledge. Assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics. Provide ongoing coaching and support to trainees to ensure successful integration into the team. Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement and implement training solutions. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance training content and delivery methods. Preferred candidate profile Minimum of 4 years of experience in the international voice process. At least 1 year of experience in a training role, preferably in a International BPO or call center environment. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and motivate trainees. Strong presentation skills and the ability to adapt training methods to suit diverse learning styles. Willingness to relocate to Bangalore from any location. Should be wilingess to work in Rotational shifts inculding Night shifts. Immediate joiner or 15 days notice is given prior Preference.
