About Client Hiring for One of the Most Prestigious Multinational Corporations! Job description : Job Title : Process Trainer Qualification : Any Graduate or Above Relevant Experience : 7 to 15 Years Must Have Skills : 1.Personal Banking, Commercial Banking, or Functional Banking. 2.Banking functions, or a willingness to learn and expand knowledge across all three domains. 3.100% international banking experience, with hands-on exposure to global banking operations, preferably within US-based teams. 4.Proven experience in training delivery across various levels within a banking environment. 5.Ability to develop training programs and materials that cater to both new hires and ongoing learning for existing employees. 6.Experience in training front-office operations, particularly for call-taking and customer service processes. 7.Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage confidently with global stakeholders, especially American counterparts. 8.Ability to lead training sessions, explain complex banking concepts, and manage discussions with diverse teams. 9.Open to learning and adapting to new banking functions and systems as needed. 10.Willingness to take on additional roles (including governance) and contribute to the overall success of the training program. 11.Must have one core banking experience and may take on governance roles, overseeing the execution and progress of training sessions. 12.Should be capable of independently handling complex queries and providing expert-level training to various teams. Roles and Responsibilities : 1.Take 50% ownership of training sessions for front-office call-taking, delivering high-quality content and ensuring understanding. 2.Conduct training programs on Personal Banking, Commercial Banking, and Functional Banking operations for global teams, ensuring all modules are relevant and up-to-date. 3.Design, update, and tailor training content to meet the learning needs of different banking functions and operational teams. 4.Create training materials, manuals, presentations, and assessments to enhance learning outcomes. 5.Provide expertise and support to teams on core banking processes, especially within Personal Banking, Commercial Banking, or Functional Banking domains. 6.Ensure team members have a solid understanding of banking procedures, systems, and customer service protocols. 7.Candidates may be assigned governance tasks, overseeing training effectiveness, compliance with learning objectives, and tracking progress. 8.Ensure all training sessions are compliant with internal policies and industry regulations. 9.Foster a collaborative environment where global teams can learn from each other and share best practices. 10.Stay updated on the latest developments in banking operations, training methodologies, and regulatory requirements to continuously improve training content and delivery. 11.Collect and analyze feedback from training sessions to refine and improve future programs.
