Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Candidate who can contribute effectively in communication, content creation, and process structuring. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to learn, adapt quickly, and grow within a fast-paced environment. Selected candidates will gain hands-on exposure to drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), email communication, and team training support.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and structure

  SOPs

  for internal processes.
• Write and edit

  professional emails, content, and communication material

• Assist in preparing training material and contribute to

  team training initiatives

  .
• Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth communication flow.
• Maintain documentation and support in creating knowledge repositories.
• Provide support in process improvements and operational execution.

Skills & Qualifications Required

• Strong
