Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Process Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The Process Specialist will be responsible for assessing and evaluating client eligibility, preparing and submitting visa applications, providing documentation support, and guiding clients through the immigration process. Additionally, the Process Specialist will train and assist clients in interview preparation and provide representation as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Business Process Improvement
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proven Customer Service skills
• Experience in Training clients or team members
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Relevant experience in the immigration and visa application processes is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
