Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Executing maintenance activities on SAP master data as approved by business review process including requests to create, change, extend, block/unblock, activate/deactivate, or otherwise modify master data and executes mass maintenance requests as directed.
Working on Winshuttle requests - develop and support efficient Master Data workflows to automate data maintenance in SAP.
Good understanding of SAP master data structure utilizing to analyse business requirements
Preferred exposure to additional SAP master data domains (vendor, customer, material)
Mass Loads using SAP tools/ LSMW or other software/WinShuttle
Workflow processing with SAP or other software

Education

Demonstrated master data management operation experience, ensuring SLAs are met.
Can prioritize and complete multiple tasks on tight deadlines.
3 to 5 years of Industry-relevant experience maintaining SAP Master Data in respective master data domains or equivalent SAP Analyst experience is helpful
General SAP Master Data / Analyst experience / skills:
Querying with SE16 and SQVI
Mass Loads using SAP tools/ LSMW or other software / Win Shuttle and with SAP T codes-XD99.
Workflow processing with SAP or other software must have
General SAP Master Data / Analyst experience / skills:

Some of these SAP Data domain specific experience / skills:

Should be familiar with master data T codes/tables for Material Master
- Material domain SAP transactions: MM01, MM02, MM03, MM17
. Familiarity with Account groups (Sold-to vs. Ship-to) and Partner function relationships.
Good to have exposure on all 3 MD ops (vendor, customer and material) domains.
