Process Risk Management Representative

**Job Description:** As the Process Owner of the Subsidiary Process Risk Management in Existing Operations process, your role as the Subsidiary Process Risk Management Representative (PRMR) will involve the following responsibilities: - **Process Risk Management:** You will be responsible for defining, implementing, and monitoring risk management processes in existing operations and installation projects. - **Program Development:** Your tasks will include developing and maintaining the Process Risk Management program and annual plan. - **Supervision and Support:** You will supervise Process Risk Management Representatives, conduct risk audits, and provide advice to the Managing Director on risk management issues. - **Emergency Management:** Your duties will involve developing and maintaining the Industrial Emergency Management program and ensuring the implementation of preparedness plans. - **IMS Responsibilities:** You will be actively involved in various Integrated Management System (IMS) processes. - **Change Management:** Your role will also include reviewing and categorizing change requests. **Qualifications Required:** - An engineering or technical degree - 10-12 years of relevant experience - Proficiency in multiple languages - Thorough knowledge of risk management principles and regulations - Management and behavioral skills such as leadership, communication, and analytical thinking **Additional details about the company:** At Air Liquide, the commitment is to build a diverse and inclusive workplace that embraces the diversity of employees, customers, patients, community stakeholders, and cultures worldwide.
