📍 Locations: Takwe, Talegaon (Sheet Metal Stamping & Chassis Parts) Chakan, Phase 3 (Plastic Injection Molding – Head Lamps) 👥 Openings: 30 Total 20 positions for Sheet Metal 10 positions for Plastic Injection Molding 💰 Pay Scale: INR 25,000 Gross per month 🍽️ Benefits: Free food & transport provided by the company Note: Candidates must be on the company bus route Job Responsibilities & Requirements:✅ Key Responsibilities: Conduct Product Audits and In-Process Inspections for quality assurance Monitor and ensure process quality standards are maintained on the shop floor Exercise authority to STOP production lines in case of observed non-conformities Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues 🔍 Required Skills & Experience: In-depth knowledge of either: Sheet Metal Stamping & Chassis Parts, or Plastic Injection Molding (Head Lamps) Experience in process audits, line inspections, and non-conformance handling Strong leadership skills and the ability to make critical decisions independently Good communication skills, with working proficiency in MS Office tools
