🌟 About the Role

Manufacturing to lead manufacturing of Steel/Fabric Calendared Rolls & Components in a safe, efficient, and high-quality manner

This is a leadership role, reporting to the Divisional Head – Manufacturing, where you will be responsible for building a culture of safety, efficiency, and innovation at the plant.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

✔ Ensure a safe working environment through strict implementation of safety systems (SO, SIS, closure of observations).

✔ Deliver materials on time, in full, and as per specifications to customers.

✔ Implement process controls in machines to maintain product & process standards while reducing waste.

✔ Build and strengthen training systems to upskill operating members.

✔ Ensure timely updating & communication of process standards.

✔ Foster a culture of participation in TEI activities (5S, QCC, Kaizen, Suggestion schemes).

✔ Monitor KPIs such as scrap reduction, setup losses, consumption posting adherence, TEEPc, and employee involvement scores.

🎯 Skills & Knowledge Required

1. Strong knowledge of Tyre Manufacturing processes

2. Exposure to engineering, production planning, SAP/MES systems

3. Expertise in problem-solving, troubleshooting & process safety

4. Strong leadership, planning, and team-building skills

5. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

Graduate Engineers (8+ years) in Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical.
