Process Mining & Data Analytics Analyst

Role & responsibilities

Utilize process mining tools to analyze end-to-end business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Build and maintain SQL queries to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources.• Develop interactive and insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize KPIs and trends.• Automate recurring data tasks and report generation using VBA within Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes, pain points, and requirements.• Translate complex datasets into actionable insights for stakeholders across operations, finance, and IT.• Support digital transformation and process improvement initiatives with data-driven evidence.• Document data models, process flows, and reporting logic for transparency and maintainability.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, process mining, or business intelligence roles.• Hands-on experience with process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, Disco, Signavio).• Proficient in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.• Strong proficiency in Power BI (including DAX, data modeling, custom visuals).• Skilled in VBA for Excel automation and custom tool development.• Solid understanding of business processes in domains such as finance, procurement, operations, or supply chain.• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
